| Q. Do you offer loans on used boats? |
| A. YES. We have a network of five banks that will lend money for the purchase of used inventory.

| Q. Can you get parts for motors that you do not sell? |
| A. YES. We sell Yamaha outboards but we can also get parts for Mercury, Johnson, Evinrude, and Suzuki engines as well.

| Q. Can you install electronics? |
| A. YES. We can order and install a wide range of electronics. Including AM/FM/Satellite radios, VHF radios and Antennas, Fish Finders, GPS Systems, Chart Plotters and Radar Equipment.

| Q. Do your mechanics take part in on going training? |
| A. YES. We send our mechanics to Yamaha University at least once a year. They also take courses online with Yamaha and our other suppliers.

| Q. Do you pick up and store boats? |
| A. YES. We will pick up your boat at your location, complete the requested maintenance, shrink wrap your boat and store it until you request it back in the Spring.
